Tofu is originally from Asian cuisines, tofu is a derivative of soy products. There are several variations of tofu. You have the silken tofu, cotton tofu, and firm tofu.  For vegans the tofu nutrition is an excellent source of protein. Tofu is made by curdling soy milk, just as cheese is made by curdling dairy milk. Which turns into a soft, white cake with a mild, faintly beany flavor that you can use with many different sauces. Tofu can be marinated, fried, stewed, broiled, sauteed, and baked. You can also stir fry tofu and make tofu noodles.   1. Stir or blend until thoroughly mixed. Marinate slices or cubes of tofu in the sauce for several hours, fry, broil or grill, and serve with sauce. Served with brown rice.

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the spinach. Remove any tough stems.
  2. Place a wok over medium-high heat. When it begins to smoke, add the peanut oil and the garlic. Stir briefly, then add the spinach and salt.
  3. Stir-fry just until the spinach is wilted. about 1 minute. Gently stir in the tofu and sprinkle with rice wine. Cook until the tofu is heated through, about 1 minute.
